Honoured Cheque Payment Report

Loan Performer gives a Report on Honored Cheque Payment Report for any or all checkbook holders in a given period. This report can be viewed, printed or generated in different file formats like PDF, XLS, DBF, HTML, XML. The report on honored and dishonored cheques is normally sent, at the end of the day, to the Central Bank or the Clearing House for further processing at the beneficiary's bank.

How to view the Honoured Cheque Payment Report

To access this report go to Savings\Savings Reports\Honoured Cheque Payment Report. A screen like the one below shows up:

• Product: Select the type of savings product from the drop down.
• Account No: Here you will be able to view the honoured cheque payments for a single account. To do this you click on the Choose button. A list of all opened savings accounts will be displayed. Pick the Client Name and Savings Account Number that you wish to view the honoured payment report for.
• Multiple Accounts: Loan performer allows you to view the report on honoured cheque payments for multiple accounts. To do this tick the checkbox for Multiple Accounts (see below) and then select a range of savings accounts to be reported on.

• Specify the reporting period in the From........ to ......... date fields.
• Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to the Savings Report Formats.
• Click on the OK button to view the report which will look similar to the one below:

• Click on the Close button to exit the menu without viewing the report.
